Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.




Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Cost

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Return shipping is free only for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


 
Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mirellien.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Processing Time for Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@mirellien.com.




Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact us at info@mirellien.com.




Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
