Shipping Policy

 

Order  Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+2:00) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

We use the following shipping method for international orders:

•Shipping Option: United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada.

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days (depending on destination)

• Price: Free

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by HomeVoyage.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mirellien.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the status of your shipment.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes.
